Synergistiq has Department of Education and Training (DET) accredited School Reviewers who are available to conduct Peer Reviews and Priority Reviews, and to offer Intervention Services. In addition, we can provide assistance to complete school self-evaluations and implement strategic plans, as well as individual professional support.
We offer tools, methodology, and support for deepening the conversation with, and between, leaders. We provide the only competency based 360° profile that measures two primary leadership domains — Creative leadership competencies and Reactive tendencies. Information is integrated so key opportunities for development are optimised. Most assessments measure only competencies. We support you to look at what you are doing, why you are doing it, and what actions you can take to develop your leadership to a higher level. We can support individuals and or teams to undertake this exploration to provide clearer and more cohesive decisions.
