Timothy has provided evaluation and strategic advice to not-for-profit organisations and various State Government departments. He has experience working in the not-for-profit sector with humanitarian arrivals and a particular interest in the design, implementation and evaluation of public policy addressing social cohesion.
Timothy’s education was at the University of Melbourne in Political Science and Philosophy (BA), after which he completed his honours year in Spanish and Latin American Studies. As a part of his Honours, Timothy undertook an exchange at Universidad Autónoma de México, where he began researching and writing his thesis on challenges to government legitimacy in rural Mexico.
His recent projects include the proof of concept for Youth Driver Safety Package (TAC); evaluation of the Office of the Lead Scientist (DEDJTR); evaluation of the Transition: A positive Start to School (DET Vic); Evaluation of the Navigator Pilot (DET Vic); evaluation of Clontarf Academies (DPMC); evaluation of Melbourne International Film Festival (Creative Victoria); evaluation of the Youth Transitions Support Pilot (MYAN) and developing an impact framework for the Anti-Discrimination Council of Queensland.
Timothy has a passion for learning new languages and immersing himself in different cultures from around the globe.
