Jeff Jackson

I have been a teacher and principal for 33 years. Throughout this time I have taught English as a second language when working for Child Migrant Education, taught in Special Schools and had extensive involvement in integration and supporting students with special needs in mainstream schools. I have also had many years of experience in Primary Schools both large and small. During my career I have taught students between the ages of 4 and 19 in both city and country schools.
As a teacher I was interested developing an inclusive curriculum and developing the individual capabilities, strengths and talents of all students.
As a school leader I was interested in promoting the profile of schools within the wider community. I had many years of working harmoniously with School Councils in all areas of school operations. I have led School Reviews and the development of Strategic Plans.

I hold a Diploma of Teaching – Primary, a Graduate Diploma in Special Education and Master of Education.
