Managing Consultant

Adina is a highly experienced social researcher and evaluator with a career that has spanned the not-for-profit, government, public health and academic sectors. She has designed and led a variety of local and international research projects, evaluations and collaborations focusing on issues ranging from optimising maternal and child wellbeing to implementation science and health services research. Adina is passionate about health promotion, primary prevention, equity, research and evaluation impact and evidence-informed decision-making for policy and practice.

Working collaboratively to co-create responsive, appropriate and impactful research and evaluations is central to Adina’s approach. She is skilled in qualitative and quantitative methods, and has expertise in conducting complex evaluations of large-scale, multi-strategic initiatives and designing comprehensive programs of research.

Adina holds a PhD in the area of Women’s Preconception Health and a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) and Arts. She has published the findings of her work in reports and peer-reviewed journals, and presented at meetings and conferences in Australia and abroad.

Outside of work, you can find Adina enjoying a good coffee with her family or walking by the sea.
