Martin is a highly experienced education consultant and administrator having spent 30 years as a school-based educator, including more than 10 years as a principal. Martin possesses a positive, instructional leadership style with the proven ability to lead and motivate. Since 2018, Martin has held the positions of Challenge Partner and Principal Mentor for the Victorian Department of Education, actively participating in classroom observations and focus groups.
Martin’s ongoing commitment to the provision of quality state education is invaluable to schools undertaking the review process. As a mentor, Martin guides Victoria’s school leaders with the confidence, skills and professional knowledge necessary to lead today and into the future.
