Nicole Donaldson.

Executive Director

Nicole brings experience as both an evaluator, program manager and faciliator. She has developed and delivered a range of community development, youth empowerment and professional learning, and development projects, working across international and local, and urban and remote communities. She takes a strengths-based, person-centred approach to her work. Nicole works closely with her clients, working to build evaluation capacity and skills sharing into her projects. She has a particular interest in programs focused on inclusion and empowerment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians and young people and ensuring everyone has a voice at the table. Nicole has conducted complex evaluations and provided strategic advice for government, not-for-profit and community-based organistions and presented and facilitated workshops around the world. Nicole has a Bachelor of Liberal Arts/Science (anthropology/psychology), a Masters in Evaluation, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Certificate IV in Breastfeeding Education as well as qualifications in adult education, instructional design, training and facilitation, and counselling.

Nicole loves being in the outdoors and settling down to try her hand at a cryptic crossword somewhere in the wilderness.
