Gail is a dedicated educator with a Bachelor of Education and Graduate Diploma in Student Welfare who recognises the value of children’s social and emotional needs as part of learning.
During her career with Victoria’s Department of Education, Gail introduced Emotional Intelligence as part of the social curriculum and provided instructional leadership for staff and students in this area. As a principal, Gail developed and maintained strong connections with her parent community promoting education as a partnership, ultimately leading to improved outcomes for students.
