Paul is a professional educator with over thirty years’ experience in school leadership with the Victorian Department of Education. Prior to retirement in 2020, Paul was the principal of west Melbourne primary school for 20 years. Paul has maintained his interest in education sharing his knowledge as a Facilitator of the Improving School Governance School Council Training Program, training Victorian state school councillors in school Governance and Finance. In addition, Paul’s expertise in the education sector is valued as a school reviewer.
